Job Description:

UNITRA MARITIME MANILA INC. (UMMI), a DMW-licensed manning agency, is currently hiring qualified officers and ratings for Bulk / Panamax vessels. Deployment is scheduled for February 2026. Contracts are offered under MLC-compliant terms, with standard working and living conditions on board.

Open Positions:

• Chief Mate – 2 positions
 • 1st Assistant Engineer 
 • 2nd Assistant Engineer 
 • 3rd Assistant Engineer
 • Able Seaman (AB) – 2 positions
 • Ordinary Seaman (OS)
 • Oiler (OLR) – 2 positions
 • Messman

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Carrying out duties in accordance with rank and vessel requirements
 • Ensuring safe navigation and/or engine room operations
 • Compliance with company procedures and international maritime regulations
 • Maintenance of assigned equipment and work areas

Requirements:

• Valid STCW certificates
 • Relevant licenses and endorsements for the applied position
 • Medical fitness certificate
 • Good English communication skills
 • Previous experience on Bulk / Panamax vessels is an advantage
