Job Description

Augustea Ship Manning Philippines Inc. is urgently seeking qualified and experienced maritime professionals for employment aboard a transshipment vessel. Candidates should have experience relevant to their applied position and be prepared to work in a demanding offshore or marine operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Chief Officer: Assist the Master with vessel operations, deck management, cargo activities, and safety compliance.
• Second Officer: Support navigation, passage planning, watchkeeping, and navigational equipment maintenance.
• Chief Engineer: Supervise engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, and technical personnel.
• Third and Fourth Engineers: Operate, inspect, and maintain engine-room machinery and auxiliary systems.
• Electrician / ETO: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automation systems.
• Fitter: Carry out mechanical repairs, fabrication, and maintenance work.
• Bosun: Supervise deck crew and assist with deck operations, equipment maintenance, and crane-related activities as applicable.
• Dozer Operator: Operate dozer equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational procedures.
• Crane Operator: Operate cranes safely and efficiently, following applicable lifting procedures and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications and valid certificates for the position applied for.
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness documentation, as applicable.
• Previous experience in the same or a similar position.
• Bosun: Experience with TSV/SUL vessels and crane operations.
• Dozer Operator: DOP experience and willingness to undergo HRA.
• Crane Operator: CRO experience and willingness to undergo HRA.
• Valid passport and seafarer’s documents.
• Ability to follow company safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
