Job Description:
Vessel Type: LPG Tanker
Norbulk Pacific Maritime Inc. is urgently recruiting experienced Fitters to join its LPG tanker fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and fabrication work to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel. Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and ship structures.
Carry out fabrication, welding preparation, and steelwork as required.
Assist the engine department with machinery maintenance and overhauls.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with company safety procedures.
Maintain tools, workshop equipment, and spare parts inventory.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Proficiency in English communication
Previous experience as a Fitter on LPG Tankers is preferred
Valid seafarer's documents and relevant trade qualifications
Knowledge of shipboard maintenance and repair procedures
