Job Description

AUGUSTEA INTCREWS INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer to lead the engineering department aboard an LNG vessel. Responsibilities include overseeing propulsion and auxiliary machinery, managing engine-room personnel, supervising maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient technical operations.

Requirements

  • Valid Chief Engineer COC.
  • Valid STCW certificates appropriate to the position.
  • Advanced Gas Tanker (AOT) qualification, as specified in the recruitment notice.
  • Relevant LNG vessel experience preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Valid medical fitness certificate.
  • Valid passport with at least 18 months' remaining validity.
