2nd Engineer for Container Carrier Vessel

Job Description:

Marine Force International Inc. is recruiting experienced Second Engineers for Container Vessels. The Second Engineer will support the Chief Engineer in managing engine-room operations, machinery maintenance, repairs, and the safe and reliable operation of the vessel's propulsion and auxiliary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise engine-room machinery operations and maintenance.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor propulsion and auxiliary machinery performance.
• Supervise engine-room personnel and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid Second Engineer Certificate of Competency.
• Valid STCW certificates.
• Valid medical fitness certificate.
• Relevant experience on Container Vessels.
• Valid seafarer's documents and passport.
• Good English communication skills.
