Description
Conducts assessment of course objectives vs. student performance, diagnosis of performance gaps such as CPI/EJCS data as well as incorporating PSL established competencies. Assesses employee needs and assists in the as-needed adaptation of training program materials, ensuring training content aligns appropriately to the learning style of the audience and addresses performance gaps for the Product Service Lines and Support Organizations. Supports the development of less experienced technical instructors through coaching and mentoring. This role requires completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering, science, education, or similar disciplines in addition to 8+ years of experience relating to product service line operations, including curriculum development or training. Traveling is a requirement.
