Qualify as competent on one or more Repair Center Special Processes to include powder matrix repair, hard face rebuild, API upper section repair, braze repair and bit evaluation. Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed. Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Skills are typically acquired through 1 to 3 years of experience in Bit Repair.
