As a Field Supervisor, you will be overseeing the daily operations of your team, located onsite throughout the assigned region. You will provide technical guidance and insight to support the delivery of multiple customer projects globally. You will play an essential role in the introduction of a new product for the business.

As a Field Supervisor - Wireline, you will be responsible for:
Assisting onsite at workshop and off-site at wellsite to facilitate wireline logging and completion services
Minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in actuating the completions equipment
Working with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig
Providing a record of all assemblies as run at the well site to the Customer Representative and promotes and maintains good customer relations.
Being primary contact to work with the Customer Representative advising them on the current challenges at the wellsite exerting significant latitude in determining how to best troubleshoot the well.
Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Leading and developing a project resources team to successfully execute strategies for the management of customer projects
Showing flexibility and be adaptable to changes to accommodate operations timing, travel requirements and hitch duration
