Hiring : VTS Supervisor
Contract Period : 3 Months

Role Description
Naghi Marine is seeking a full-time VTS Supervisor to join our team and work on site in Jazan Region. The VTS Supervisor is a key role responsible for ensuring safe navigation and the efficient flow of vessel traffic within the designated area of responsibility. This position will work closely with the VTS team to maintain a high level of situational awareness, communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant stakeholders, and coordinate closely with the Harbour Master and Pilots Association.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Navigation, or a closely-related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Vessel Traffic Services (VTS)
Valid VTS Supervisor Certificate issued by a recognized authority
Strong understanding of VTS guidelines, practices, and procedures
Experience in conducting training and assessments for VTS personnel
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to react calmly and make effective decisions under stressful situations
Experience in operating and maintaining VTS equipment
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of maritime law and regulations
