Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Drilling Superintendent for an upcoming projects based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing drilling operations, specifically in high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) wells.
Responsibilities include:
Planning, organizing, and supervising drilling operations
Ensuring safety and environmental standards are met
Implementing cost-effective solutions to enhance drilling efficiency
Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
Providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed
The successful candidate must have:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 5 years in HPHT wells
Strong leadership and communication skills
A thorough understanding of drilling engineering principles and best practices
A commitment to safety and environmental responsibility
