Job Description:
The Roughneck / Roustabout will perform essential manual and technical duties on drilling and oil & gas projects. The role supports drilling operations, maintains equipment, and ensures worksite safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in rig operations, including pipe handling and equipment setup.
• Maintain and clean work areas, tools, and machinery.
• Support drilling crew in routine and emergency tasks.
• Follow HSE guidelines and safety procedures at all times.
• Report incidents, equipment failures, or hazards immediately.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of offshore or onshore oil & gas experience.
• Familiarity with rig operations and basic mechanical skills.
• Valid offshore safety certifications (BOSIET / HUET, H2S, Firefighting).
• Good English communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts and harsh environments.
