Job Description

Team Recruitment is seeking candidates for Roustabout – Stage 1 & Stage 3 opportunities across offshore and shipyard projects. Some positions require urgent mobilisation, with assignments available during the remainder of early November 2026.

The successful candidate will support general offshore operations, equipment handling, deck maintenance, and housekeeping while following established safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general offshore operations and routine rig maintenance.
• Support the movement and handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Carry out cleaning, painting, and housekeeping duties.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and storage activities.
• Support deck and rig-floor personnel as directed.
• Maintain safe and tidy working areas.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Follow company procedures and applicable HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant offshore, drilling, or industrial experience preferred.
• Relevant Stage 1 qualification or training, as required for the assignment.
• Valid offshore safety training and medical certificates, where required.
• Good awareness of workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability, physical fitness for the role, and willingness to follow instructions.
• Availability for urgent mobilisation during late October or early November 2026.
