Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Executing all rigging and lifting operations in strict compliance with safety protocols, lift plans, and industry standards (e.g., LOLER/PUWER).
· Inspecting, maintaining, and operating all rigging gear (slings, shackles, hoists, etc.).
· Assisting in the assembly/disassembly of heavy structures and machinery, ensuring proper load distribution and securement.
· Collaborating closely with crane operators and the project team to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
· Conducting pre-lift checks and maintaining accurate logs of all lifting activities.

Requirements:
· Valid and mandatory certifications: VCA VOL (or equivalent safety certificate) and valid Rigging & Slinging certificates (e.g., ABVL-VVL-H (SOG), Level 1-3 Rigger).
· Proven experience as an Onshore Rigger in the construction, energy, or a related heavy industry.
· Excellent command of the Dutch language is required. Good command of English is essential.
· Physical fitness and the ability to work in challenging on-site environments.
· Valid driver's license (B) and reliable transportation for travel to various project sites.
· Strong understanding of HSE standards, lifting equipment, load calculations, and rigging techniques.
