Rigger
Job Description:
Archer Offshore is also recruiting experienced Riggers for offshore projects across multiple locations.
The Rigger will support lifting and installation operations, ensuring all rigging tasks are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and securing loads for lifting operations
• Selecting and inspecting rigging equipment before use
• Acting as Banksman/Slinger when required
• Following lift plans and safety procedures
• Assisting with general deck operations
• Reporting unsafe conditions and equipment defects
Requirements:
• OPITO Rigging Certificate
• OPITO Banksman Slinger
• Valid GWO Certificates
• BOSIET / FOET
• Valid offshore medical
• Experience in offshore lifting operations
• Proficiency in English
Additional (as required by project location): • USA Visa (B1 OCS / B1 / B2)
• UK Right to Work / UK Frontier Work Permit
• Schengen Visa
• Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Visa
