Qualifications
Possesses international experience in the oil & gas industry
Educated to Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree level, or equivalent
Experience of managing and motivating teams of multi-cultural personnel in a fast-paced operational environment
Track record of proactive occupational safety and process safety leadership
Business acumen, encompassing an understanding of budgetary management and financial decision making
Effective and proficient communicator, both verbal (English language) and written
Ability to make wise decisions and initiate actions
Ability to build effective relationships with peers, team members & key external parties (contractor leadership and JV partners)
Maintains a high standard of business integrity, professional behaviour and confidentiality
Experience in PowerBI and Sharepoint
Experience working in a Joint Venture environment and in a remote location.
Experience in tendering & contracting
Experience working on land operations, and in the Middle East would be considered beneficial.
