Description

Roles& Responsibilities:
· Applies company CVP process in the planning, endorsement, and execution of capital projects.
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
· Perform risk management to identify and minimize project risks.
· Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
· Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
· Managing customer satisfaction within project transition period.
· Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
· Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
· Manage and lead project management staff and ensure thorough staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures.
· Involvement in all phases of project management including procurement/contracting, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closeout phases of the projects.
· Review the startup, testing, final commissioning activities. Participate in the final inspection of the work.
· Track project deliverables and report the project’s progress and status to management.
· Act as "Company Representative" with project related committees, companies, ministries, and local authorities, on behalf of the Company in coordination with legal to obtain all necessary approvals, licenses, and permits for projects.
· Liaise with the project engineering, operations and maintenance departments as required.
