Min 10 years of experiences.
Degree level qualification in HR or business management.
Experience in business - focused HR roles within a dynamic organization.
Experience of managing change, putting high emphasis on co - operation and business partnership across the company.
Good knowledge of people practices and applicable legislative frameworks.
Previous experience of dealing with industrial and employee relations issues.
