Operations supervisory experience
Clear communicator with demonstrated ability to manage client's expectations

Financial acumen (budget and forecasting)
Proven people-management, organizational- and team skills
Enthusiastic, pro-active and the ability to carry out tasks under instruction
Good mentoring / leadership skills
