Description
Subsea Services Project Manager, this will be a shore-based position in the UK commencing in January 2023.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
Responsible for projects from kick-off to close-out.
Provide leadership and set the tone of execution excellence.
Lead an effective Project team with aligned competence, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
Work with the operational and functional teams for scope identification, progress reposting and change management.
Own all activities with Project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
Use of recognised project control tools to monitor and manage progress and track multiple activities.
Monitoring KPI's to analyse and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans.
Collaborating with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned.
