Male General Manager- currently inside in UAE.
Designation: Male General Manager
Nationality: Jordanian / Syrian / Egyptian / Indian~ Preferably
Previous Work Industry: At least 5 years (in UAE) in Ceramics / Tiles / Sanitary Ware / Building Materials
Work Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE
Monthly Salary: AED 12,000/- to AED 15,000/- (Plus Commission)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Managing the daily operations and create the necessary plans and strategies for sales growth (for the following products: Ceramics / Tiles / Sanitary Ware / Building Materials / Furniture / etc.).
2. Creating an attractive and inviting atmosphere at the company’ showroom that is well-presented and has a strong visual appearance.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients; tradesmen, architects/designers and suppliers.
4. Educated customers about quality and value of the products.
5. Working alongside clients to ensure efficient and accurate tile selections
6. Purchasing stock and processing inward and outward goods.
7. Following up leads, and enable the company to be the authorized agent for many leading vendors in the industry.
8. Supply the required materials/products to the leading projects like: commercial and residential buildings / villas / compounds and complexes / offices.
9. Achieve sales targets.
10. Liaise with Internal & External auditors
11. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, and special analyses.
12. Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures.
13. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted accounting standards.
14. Creating an internal control system.
15. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
16. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
17. Handling the management and clients information securely, and confidentially.
18. Liaising with staff, clients, suppliers, etc. at a professional level.
19. Preparing correspondences/reports/presentations as an when required.
20. Any other related job assigned by the Chairman / Deputy Chairman.
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
1. University Degree in any discipline (preferably Business Management / Marketing / Accounting).
2. At least 5 years of experience in retail sales in ceramics, tiles, sanitary ware, building materials, or related products.
Good communication skills in English – knowledge of other languages (like: Arabic / Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam) is an added advantage.
Proven managerial / interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills.
Having a valid UAE driving license.
