Qualifications and Experience Required:

 Significant experience in similar role with at least 5 years in senior management within relevant energy industry
 Training and/or Technology background highly desirable
 Experience of working in LATAM desirable
 Spanish or Portuguese speaker is desirable but not mandatory
Skills, Knowledge and other Requirements:
 Proven track record of delivering high sales and profit growth
 Previous experience of international markets highly desirable
 High level of commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
 Experience of managing and coaching teams
 Build and nurture trust with teams, customers and external stakeholders
 Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process
 Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises
 Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal’
 Commercially astute to interface with clients and understand the local and international market and solution requirements that 3t can fulfil
 Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
 Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
 Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
 Excellent organisational and time management skills
 Experience of working in a matrix organisation with multiple reporting lines and internal stakeholders.
 A strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and develop new approaches to the environment we operate in order to grow the Region
 Demonstrates a clear commitment to providing first class customer care / services
 Maintains a professional appearance which appropriately reflects the role and 3t’s image
