Description

Experienced in key contract forms, particularly FIDIC, or NEC 3/ 4
Strong commercial and contractual management
Skilled in ensuring contract compliance and robust contract administration
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations;
Experience of working in a Consortium or Joint Venture
A degree within business management, construction management, quantity surveillance, law, or equivalent
Over 5 years’ experience with contract management within onshore or offshore construction industry
Solid knowledge of key contract formats, such as FIDIC, LOGIC
Prior relevant experience with contract drafting and negotiations within energy services / oil and gas / renewable / construction projects is a benefit but not a requirement
A strong personal motivation, strategic mindset and drive towards commercial behaviour
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
