Review and approve instructions
Plan and execute operations to increase drilling performance
Monitor budget and perform financial control
Perform crew mobilization planning
Requirements

At least 20 years of experience including some years with drilling contractors in Africa
Experience in Jack-up rig
Fluent in French and English
