Project Manager (PM) for a modularized project, is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and completion of the project, ensuring that modularization techniques are applied effectively and efficiently. Given the unique characteristics of modular construction, the PM must possess a specialized set of skills and knowledge.
