Requirement's:

Mega projects of multi-billion USD revenues (should have delivered at least One EPC project of > $3-5b over the past 5-8 years )
Experienced in working in JVs and Consortiums environments
Middle East experience
Offshore experience ( Subsea and Islands )
Familiar with tendering mechanisms and particularly OBE ( Open Book Estimate ) and Conversion
Solid Engineering, T&I, Construction and completion expertise
Required Mobilisation ASAP
