Description
Good day! Kuiper is currently looking for an Engineering Manager to be permanently based in Ghana.
Candidate must have an experience in having full oversite over Engineering and Hydraulics workshops.
Required skills and knowledge:
• Minimum educational qualification of BSc in Mechanical Engineering related field of endeavor. A higher level qualification would be an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 Years working experience in engineering and workshop management
• Minimum of 10 Years working experience running a machine shop and maintenance of earth moving equipment
• Minimum of 10 Years working experience in costing and estimation of engineering scopes
• Relevant working experience in mine maintenance and mine processing plants
• Relevant work experience with SMPP and turnkey EPC projects
• Fully conversant with engineering technical drawings and CAD programmes
• Ability to communicate effectively at all workshop management levels.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Attention to detail and focus on quality
• Team player and leader / motivator.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
