Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency: A deep understanding of construction principles, particularly as they apply to modular construction.
Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, from designers and manufacturers to on-site workers.
Problem-Solving: The ability to identify potential challenges and devise solutions quickly.
Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple aspects of a complex project simultaneously.
Familiarity with Software: Knowledge of project management software, CAD tools, and other relevant software used in modular construction.
Knowledge of Regulations: Familiarity with local building codes and regulations that apply to modular construction.
