We are looking for female QHSE Officer's ( 03 Months Contract ) for our client in Abu Dhabi.



Job Location : Abu Dhabi , UAE

Salary : Negotiable

Closing Date : ASAP

Type : Contract Hire ( 03 Months Non Extendable )

Note : Looking for Female candidates having HSE and office experience.

Overall Responsibilities

QHSE Reports
· Assist in the generation of timely and accurate monthly safety statistics reports to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
· Follows up WATCH implementation for HQ and Warehouse using a tracking register
· Supports Onshore Subcommittee and HSE Committee meetings by supporting the QHSE Team

Implement PPE procedure
· Update PPE manifest and tracking register.
· Technical evaluation for new PPE as per ADNOC requirement
· Arrange PPE for Onshore employees and Visitors or delegates

Technical Safety
· Maintain HSE statistics & reporting procedures,
· Coordinate Life Saving Appliances and Firefighting Equipment preventive maintenance.
· Coordination and conducting of 01 Office Emergency Evacuation Drill annually. Coordination of 01 Warehouse

Training & Development
· Coordinate with all trainers when QHSE training sessions are being conducted at onshore and offshore to ensure 100% compliance.
· Update Onshore & Offshore employees HSE Training data into SAP upon completion of the trainings Onshore H2S Training sessions- Conduct H2S training sessions for OPTIMA card purposes and refresher trainings whenever the certificate expires.

Continuous Improvement
· Compliance with ISO standards, local legislation and Company policies on HSE.
· Compliance with all health and environmental regulations
· Coordinate Sustainability Report requirements.

Occupational Health
· Ensure updated medical check-up reports of contractors onshore and offshore
· Coordinate the delivery of medicines offshore

Minimum Experience & Education Required
Graduation & 05-10 Years of experience in oil & gas field , Offshore experience will be preferable
