Job Description:

Inviting experienced Motorhands to join its U.S. Drilling Rig Talent Pool for future land rig opportunities.
This role is part of a long-term workforce plan across Precision Drilling’s U.S. fleet, offering stable rotations, strong safety culture, and career development within a leading drilling contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
 • Operation and maintenance of rig equipment and machinery
 • Supporting drilling operations and routine maintenance tasks
 • Adhering to HSE policies and company safety standards
 • Working effectively as part of the rig crew

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of drilling industry experience at Motorhand level
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass physical fitness and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to work 14-day rotations and 12-hour outdoor shifts
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
• Proficiency in English communication

• Rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
• Salary: USD 30.11–32.37 per hour
