Description

Must have good leadership and collaborative qualities to cooperate with offshore/onshore supervisors and client representatives.
Demonstrable experience in all aspects of project delivery including, forward planning and management of all third parties.
Must have a strong IT skill set in order to produce and present Drilling Performance Statistics using RigManager, proNova, Excel or similar.
5 years’ experience in a technical supervisory role within drilling industry.
Have previous experience as a Performance/Planning Toolpusher / Drilling Eng.
Engineering degree (But not essential) or recognised technical qualification with relevant experience within O&G drilling area
