The individual in this position will assist with system set up and data migration activities, prepare end user training materials, and support Sr. Analysts with implementing programs. This is not a remote position.

Job Responsibilities

Migration of data into the selected competency management system (CMS)
Work with stakeholders to design system dashboards and standard reporting
Assist Sr. Analysts with CMS set up and configurations
Coordination of stakeholder engagement sessions
Assist with the development of the project plan and stakeholder communication
Develop training materials for CMS for various end user audiences and stakeholders
Facilitate end-user training for the CMS
Complete reporting and uploading of documentation required for regulatory reporting
Additional responsibilities may be added to scope of work based on business need

Job Qualifications



Previous learning and development experience, preferred
Previous oil and gas experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education and or Human Resources
