Overview / Responsibilities
Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS JSC) is currently looking for a Site HES Coordinator to be based in Tengiz.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support site safety activities for the project/client/customer
Support with Safety Task Planning with project scope of work
Conduct Site, Equipment and PPE Inspections; take Pro-Active Measures to eliminate potential safety hazards.
Conduct safety meetings, orientations along with training to assure employees understand the hazards associated with scope of work
Ensure Emergency Response capabilities are solidified and maintained
Maintain HSE records and associated documentation
Responsible for safety administration, risk management and controlling issues that may impact project safety
Work closely with site TCO HES and ER and HES system, Lock Out Tag Out, Fire Protection, Confined Space Entry, Electrical Safety, Scaffolding, Cranes & Rigging, Hazard Communication, Excavations
Maintain communications with Safety Manager with project status/issues
Conduct Incident Investigations & Root Cause Analysis
Ensure safe work procedures are being followed in respect to OSHA and Client/Company Policy along with applicable regulatory and laws in Kazakhstan
Assist in day to day safety matters on the project which may include medical and security issues
Ensure all reporting is done in a timely response
Perform other duties and task as requested in regards to supporting the project
