Requirements:
- Proven HSE management experience in drilling or oil & gas industry
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE standards
- Relevant HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day workshop activities and staff
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Manage maintenance, repair, and calibration of tools and equipment
- Coordinate with operations teams for timely project delivery
- Provide training and mentoring to workshop personnel
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a workshop environment (oilfield tools preferred)
- Technical qualification in mechanics or engineering
- Strong knowledge of workshop safety procedures and standards
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Dutch preferred
