Job Description:
Seaworks Qatar is hiring a Contract Manager to manage commercial, contractual, and legal aspects of offshore and civil engineering projects. This role ensures compliance with contract terms and effective communication between all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project contracts and oversee tendering processes.
• Negotiate terms and handle contract variations or disputes.
• Coordinate with legal and finance departments on compliance.
• Maintain documentation of contract performance.
• Support management with risk assessment and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in contract management for construction or offshore projects.
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
