Description
Bachelor or Master within Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. Relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education.
Minimum 5 years’ experience with Human Resources administration, preferably in oil-related, drilling,services, or technology areas
Good understanding of ‘AML’-Norwegian Work Environment Act , and national and local Tariff Agreements. With the ability to utilize these
Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written.
Interest in workforce planning, recruitment and talent management
Ability to coach and advice managers
Understanding of overall business with an eye for structure and details
