Electrical Foreman - Maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Engineering Graduate preferably in the fields of Electrical or A
2-year diploma in mechanical engineering or mechanical technician
2. 12 years minimum hands on maintenance electrical technician experience in gas, petrochemical, or related plant technologies and industries.
3. Demonstrated technical and practical engineering skills with a good business sense in the maintenance field
4. Proven coordination experience in a multi team environment which includes engineering, maintenance, and contractors.
5. Good leadership, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
6. Promotes a ‘one team’ environment
7. Strong oral and written skills with the ability to communicate maintenance activities to the plant management team on daily basis.
8. Proven problem-solving skills
9. Knowledge of the construction and maintenance of large and complex rotating equipment (e.g. compressors, turbines, pumps, expanders), pressurized systems, pipe and welding techniques, and electrical equipment and systems
10. Must have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts
11. Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
12. Knowledge and understanding of local environmental and health and safety requirements.
13. Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills are critical to the position.
