Description
QUALIFICATIONS
Recognized trade qualification from technical college/apprenticeship or equivalent required.
5+ years of demonstrated or documented experience as an Electronics Technician on a MODU.
Completion of all training requirements for the position within designated time period.
If working on DP Semi-submersibles, Flag State Maintenance Supervisor license is required.
Superior troubleshooting skills and techniques.
Complete understanding and use of the Noble Maintenance System (IFS
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach, motivate and mentor others to and develop their skills and knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to understand and interact with diverse groups and operations and to recognize and resolve conflict.
