Roles& Responsibilities:
· Provide expertise in process safety management processes for pipelines and facilities including risk assessments, threats assessments, consequence assessments then use these assessments to identify and implement required Risk Occurrence barriers and Consequence Mitigation barriers.
· Provide process engineering expertise as well as technical support pertinent to compression, pipelines, pigging stations, isolation & check valves stations, and treating, processing and measurement facilities at all pipeline inlet and outlet points.
· Identify integrity assets’ threats and implement integrity assessments suitable for determined threats.
· Provide technical input for plant optimization to eliminate, control and mitigate potential hazards to people and to improve productivity.
· Participate in pipeline and facilities technical investigations.
· Provide input and/or participation in internal and external technical review meetings.
· Proactive participate in Company Health, Safety, and Environmental commitments.
· Contribute to the development of pipeline and facilities process and process safety management procedures, guidelines, practices, and technical practices

Minimum Requirements:
· 5-7 years’ experience in process engineering for Oil & Gas related pipelines and facilities;
· Be disciplined and tertiary-qualified. (Relevant Degree and Professional Qualifications.);
· Able to demonstrate knowledge of industry standards for the process engineering and process safety management of gas and oil onshore pipelines, facilities.
· Understanding of workplace safety;
· Have good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a diverse team to develop strong relationships;
· Competent in handling simultaneously occurring tasks;
· Fluent in both written and verbal Azeri and English, Russian a plus.
