Experience
Previous experience of offshore drilling operation
Previous experience working in the capacity as a Crane Operator
Previous experience working with similar cranes
Experience identifying potential hazards and problems and act before they occur to minimize risk
Previous Work experience on Knuckle boom cranes and Lattice boom cranes will be an advantage.
