Job Description:
The Administrative Coordinator supports operations by managing administrative tasks, documentation, and communication across drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle project documentation, records, and reporting
• Coordinate schedules, travel, and logistics for field teams
• Support HR, payroll, and office operations as needed
• Maintain communication between offshore and onshore teams
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in administration or coordination in oil & gas projects
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• English proficiency required
