Job Description:
As the Maintenance Coordinator – Mechanical, you will be the central point for planning, coordinating, and supervising all mechanical maintenance activities. Your role is crucial in minimizing downtime, optimizing asset performance, and ensuring our site operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all standards. You will work with a fixed team of technicians, contractors, and the operations department to deliver high-quality maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
· Planning, preparing, and coordinating all mechanical maintenance work, including complex tasks and TARs (Turnarounds).
· Supervising and guiding a fixed team of technicians as well as service- and sub-contractors.
· Managing and optimizing the CMMS system (Maximo/SAP PM) for preventive maintenance, work orders, and reporting.
· Ensuring all work is executed safely, in accordance with approved procedures, permit-to-work systems, and the highest HSE standards.
· Controlling the technical, financial, and quality aspects of spare parts, repairs, and vendor services.

Requirements:
· Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a mechanical maintenance coordination or supervision role, preferably within energy, oil & gas, or utilities.
· Proficient in CMMS systems, preferably SAP PM or Maximo.
· Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (static & rotating equipment), diagnostics, and maintenance methodologies.
· Fluent in both English and Dutch (mandatory).
· Valid EU work permit and willingness to work on-site in the Netherlands.
· Preferred: Knowledge of piping/vessel inspections, NDT methods, and QA/QC processes.
