Job description
Cleaning and preparing surfaces for painting which includes removing grease and rust.
Applying masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be painted.
Filling cavities and dents to ensure smooth surfaces for covering.
Selecting and mixing coating liquid to produce desired colour.
Pouring coating liquid into spray containers for application.
Controlling sprayer valves to regulate width and pressure of spray.
Coating areas that are inaccessible to hand sprayer with brush or other means.
Cleaning of all spray equipment and brushes with solvent.
