- OPITO BOSIET
- OGUK Medical - Valid for more than 1 year prior to mobilization
- STCW course certificates
- COC
- Covid Vaccine with booster
- Passport copy
- Seaman's book
- Yellow Fever - 10 vears validitv or Lifetime
