Description
Seeking experienced Master (CPT) for RORO/ROPAX vessel operating under Cyprus flag.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate the vessel
- Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and company policies
- Oversee crew management and training
- Maintain communication with shore-based management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Master (CPT)
- Valid STCW certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
