We are currently hiring experienced and qualified crew members for Private and Charter Motor Yachts operating worldwide.
The ideal candidates will have proven yachting experience, valid certifications, and a professional attitude suitable for luxury hospitality standards.

• Mate – €3,000
• 3x Deckhand – €3,000
• Experienced Stewardess – $4,200
• Chief Stewardess – €7,000
• Experienced 2nd / Relief Chief Stew – €6,000
• Nurse / HK Stew – €4,000
• TEMP Stew – €100–150 per day
• Sole Engineer – €6,000
• 2nd Engineer – €6,000–7,000
• 2nd Officer – TBC

Key Responsibilities:
As per yacht operations and owner requirements, duties may include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
• Performing deck operations, navigation support, and mooring procedures.
• Managing housekeeping, laundry, and interior guest services.
• Overseeing maintenance of onboard systems and machinery.
• Supporting safety, hygiene, and operational procedures onboard.

Requirements:
• Valid STCW and ENG1 Medical Certificates.
• Previous experience on similar-size Motor Yachts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Positive attitude and professional presentation.
