Engineer for Private 40m M/Y (Ref: HRC-LR-1692)
Location: USA, West Coast USA
Work Type: Rotational
Deckhand/Engineer opportunity aboard 40m Private M/Y cruising the North Pacific
Start Date: Jan 2023
Package: Competitive Salary paid in Euros / 3:1 rotation, full Medical and a training allowance
Experience/Skills required:
Minimum 1 year experience on superyachts with a strong interest in engineering
Exterior maintenance knowledge of painting, varnishing, stripping, waxing and products
Experience in tender driving and towing for water sports is preferable
Possessing a strong interest and knowledge of “hands on” engineering
Team player and hard working with a true passion for watersports, outdoor activities, with an adventurous character
Professional appearance
Excellent English language skills both written and oral
Qualifications required:
STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (with min 6 months’ validity
Powerboat Level 2 as a min
AEC or an engineering trade would be a plus
B1/B2 Visa
COVID Vaccinations (at Client’s request)
Male only due to cabin arrangements
Non smoker/no visible tattoos
