Yachtmaster a must
Big sailing yacht experience a must
The captain is looking for a sailing Bosun who has at least 2/3 years of solid large sailing yacht experience. On the delivery of this vessel the Bosun will a watch leader at some point, so will need to be fully confident and trustworthy. You will need to be a great deck leader as you will be in charge of 2 other deckhands within your department. A fresh sporty character will fit this position perfectly with long term goals in mind. A diving qualification would be a huge plus, but you must be capable of driving the 9m tender onboard as this is used regularly. Included is a flight allowance of $1200 and the usual medical insurance etc.
