LEAD DECKHAND required on 70m+ motor yacht in Turkey. YOA Yacht Crew We are currently seeking a male Lead Deckhand for a permanent position on a 70m+ MY private to start asap. Vessel is Med based. Itinerary TBC. Successful candidate will be required to lead a team of 3 deckhands under a Chief and 2nd Officer structure. Yacht Master Offshore preferred (or close to completion). Previous experience on similar size vessel advantageous. The right candidate will have strong painting and varnishing skills along with good deck maintenance practice. Looking for a career minded individual, a team player who sets a good example and has good work ethic to join our family style environment yacht. Salary: EUR 3,200 - 3,500 DOE Start date: ASAP
