Looking for an OOW for a 42M motor yacht currently in the SOF. We need an OOW who is OK with working on a 42M motor yacht with 9 crew, a shared cabin and no rotation. Someone willing and able to work on deck as well as on the bridge and who is familiar with ISM as we will go commercial probably next year. Must be in good health, a non smoker and preferably with no weird eating requirements. (The chef on a 42m has enough to do already.) The captain needs someone he can trust when his back is turned and someone he will want to give drive time to because they deserve it. They also need to be able to drive jet tenders and be comfortable with running drills and setting up the admin to a workable standard. The salary is 6K USD and 38 days a year leave but the potential is AMAZING for someone good. You need to have a B1B2 visa in hand, be up to date with STCW and ENG1. Familiarity with MMV, Voly and pinpoint are an advantage. New full ECDIS aboard and half way through a huge technical refit so the vessel is going to be very comfy soon.
