3. Valid Seaman / Discharge book
4. Valid HUET
5. Valid CA-EBS
6. PMU Medical , Malaysian Marine Medical
7. Valid Offshore Medical
8. Basic Food Handling and Food Safety Cert (Food Handlers only)
9. Hep A and Hep B vaccines
10. Stool Test (Food Handlers only)
11. Typhoid vaccine
12. Cholera vaccine
13. Polio Vaccine
14. Tetanus / Diphtheria vaccine
15. Yellow Fever vaccine
16. Fully vaccinated for COVID19 plus Booster
